I’m Shane Elliott, a software developer who builds fast, tidy websites and the occasionally over-engineered system behind them.
Most of my work lives at the intersection of front-end polish and back-end practicality: React/Next.js, TypeScript, WordPress custom work, Drupal, and the kind of CDN and deployment details people pretend don’t matter until they absolutely do.
Lately I’ve been focused on search-heavy directory experiences, performance tuning, and shipping static sites to places like Akamai without losing my sanity.
Outside of work I’m reliably distracted by animals, game dev experiments, and the eternal “tabs vs spaces” argument (spaces, obviously, unless you enjoy chaos).
